Refund Policy

1.30-day money-back guarantee
Every Pro plan — monthly, yearly, and lifetime — is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied, email us within that window and we will refund you in full.
You do not need to justify the request. Telling us why is helpful, but it is not a condition of the refund.
2.Before you buy
Worth knowing up front, because it prevents most refund requests: every CogniSphere feature is free. Pro adds account sync, priority support, early access, and a badge — it does not unlock analysis capabilities, and it does not include AI usage credits. Install the extension and use it free for as long as you like before deciding. See the pricing page.
3.How to request a refund
Email support@cognisphere.me from the address on your account, and include:
- The plan you purchased
- The approximate purchase date
We aim to acknowledge within two working days and to approve or decline within five. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
4.After 30 days
Beyond the guarantee window, subscriptions are not refundable for periods already elapsed. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; cancelling stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Lifetime purchases are final after 30 days, since they cover perpetual access.
5.Exceptions
We may decline a refund where:
- The request falls outside the 30-day window
- The account was suspended for violating our terms of service
- There is evidence of repeated purchase-and-refund cycles on the same account
If we decline, we will tell you why, and you can reply to have it looked at again.
6.Charges from your AI provider
CogniSphere cannot refund what you spend with Google, DeepSeek, OpenRouter, or any other AI provider. Those charges are billed by them under their own terms, using your own API key. Pro has never included AI usage, so a CogniSphere refund does not affect them.
7.Statutory rights
This policy is in addition to any rights you have under consumer law in your jurisdiction, and does not limit them. EU and UK consumers retain their statutory right of withdrawal where applicable.
